Junior Operations/Marketing Manager

£10 per hour

The value that we deliver to our users comes from the knowledge of our experts and coaches, whose intuition and experience allow them to customise support based on what they pick up from the user.

We are delivering our support through a judgment-free, artificially intelligent, digital chatbot enabling parents to:

  • Get trusted, non-judgmental advice and answers to their questions;
  • Set goals, monitor progress and accomplish goals for their wellbeing and parenting;
  • Access tele-consultation sessions with vetted consultants specialising in fertility, parenting, wellbeing, and behaviour change;

Responsibilities:

We're looking for a Junior Operations/Marketing Manager who can help us best present our proposition to both the buyers of our product (HR professionals) and the end-users, and contribute towards the operations team's goal of providing better tools and services for the parenting and mental-wellbeing markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

This is a varied role, with some tasks including:

  • Creating marketing materials and content to enhance our brand exposure
  • Undertaking desk research to better understand industry, customers, and competitors
  • Communicating with organisations and HR professionals to obtain information and further sales efforts
  • Supporting the COO and sales team with sales, marketing & operations

Hard Skills:

  • Background in business, operations, or marketing preferred but not essential
  • Fluent in English, excellent written English (previous writing experience is a bonus)
  • Comfortable using MS Office and Google Suite products (excel, word, powerpoint, etc.)

Soft Skills:

  • Responsive and able to use initiative
  • Accurate and high and standard of work
  • Versatile enough to be able to work well as part of a small and agile team
